Because every book is custom-made and personalised to your child, our refund approach is a little different from off-the-shelf products.

Before production

If you change your mind before we begin generating your book, contact us and we'll arrange a full refund.

Something not right?

We want you to love your book. If there's a quality issue — a misprint, a damaged hardcover, or a clear problem with the artwork — email us with a photo and we'll fix it or remake it.

Personalised items

As books are personalised and made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind once production has started. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
